We deliver all our custom made orders within 14-19 days.
Day 1-2: We confirm the spelling of your name and send your order to our design department. Our designers incorporate your name into the design and send it to the manufacturing department.
Day 3-9: We register and prepare your order for printing and then print your blanket or towel and let it dry, which takes an average of 4-5 days.
Day 10: We conduct a thorough quality check to ensure your blanket or towel meets our high standards.
Day 11-13: If your blanket or towel passes our quality check, we link your order to your address to ensure that it is shipped to the correct location.
Day 14-19: Your unique StarBlanket is on its way to you!
After we finish processing your order, we will inform the delivery service and provide you with a track and trace code via email. This code enables you to monitor the progress of your order closely.
In the event that you haven't received the track and trace code, kindly check your junk mail folder. If it's not there, please use the contact form to get in touch with us, and we will promptly send you the track and trace code.
Kindly note that personalized products cannot be returned as we are unable to resell them. However, if any issues arise with your personalized order, such as damages or incorrect personalization, we will promptly make a new order for you or provide a refund as per your preference.

In the event that an error is detected while designing a personalized product and you have not yet proceeded to order it, you can simply remove the product from your shopping cart and personalize a new one on the product page without any issues.
However, if you have already placed an order and a problem arises with the personalized product, it is important to get in touch with us as soon as possible through our contact form so that we can take prompt action to address and resolve the issue.
If you've placed an order but need to cancel it, please get in touch with us immediately via the contact form. We start production on orders promptly, so once your order is in manufacturing, it can't be canceled. Thanks for understanding.
