We take pride in creating high-quality blankets and towels that are unique to each of our customers. As a result, our delivery times are longer than what you might be used to when purchasing online. We would like to give you an overview of our process and what you can expect during each step, so you have a better understanding of why it takes 14-19 days to receive your blanket or towel.

DAY 1-2

Once you place your order, we begin by checking the spelling of the name you would like to be included on the blanket or towel. If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you to verify the correct spelling before proceeding. Once we have confirmed the details, we will send your order to our design department.

DAY 3-9

After the design is completed, we will register and prepare your order along with other orders for printing. Our printing process takes an average of 4-5 days to ensure the colors and design are accurately transferred onto the blanket or towel.

DAY 10

Once your blanket or towel is printed, we conduct a thorough quality check to ensure that everything is up to our high standards. We want to make sure that your towel or blanket is of the highest quality and that your name is clearly visible.

DAY 11-13

If your blanket or towel passes our quality check, we will link your order to your address to ensure that it is shipped to the correct location.

DAY 14-19

Your unique StarBlanket or StarTowel is on its way to you! We ship all orders within 24 hours, depending on your location.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your order. Returns can be made to our return address in the Netherlands. Please note, products that are personalized cannot be returned. Only the costs for the return shipment are for the customer. Please consult the website of your carrier for shipping rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and (if reasonably possible) in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right you should always first contact us via the contact form. We will then refund you the purchase price within 7 working days after receipt of your return shipment, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
